What you are buying

TuneFreak sells FlashZilla Pro devices, TuneZilla tuning credits and listed performance parts. We do not sell or deliver raw downloadable tune files. A real person places dealer orders and assigns credits. The configuration, selected options and order details identify what you are purchasing.

Your vehicle and preparation

Use accurate vehicle, engine and transmission information and review the requirements for your selected stage before flashing. Physical hardware and software calibration are different items: a sensor calibration does not include the sensor. Free addons still need to be selected unless the configuration requires them. Owning hardware is not the same as having it installed. Workshop labor is not included.

Credits and custom work

Home flashing requires a compatible FlashZilla Pro. Credits can be assigned using your email or VIN, so please check those details. Custom requests, including map switching, need preparation with the calibrators and are not available immediately; a later reflash is needed once ready. Map switching adds $100 USD and requires a VIN. Use your order notes to tell us about modifications or special requests.

Prices, payment and delivery

Purchase amounts are in USD. CAD and EUR figures are estimates only and do not change the billed currency. Review the final items, shipping and any applicable tax before payment. Device shipping rates are separate from performance-parts shipping. Payment confirmation and fulfillment progress are distinct; a paid order may still be in preparation. No delivery date is promised unless explicitly confirmed for your order.

Fitment, use and order questions

Review the exact application and preparation notes for your vehicle. Performance figures keep their stated measurement basis and are not a promise of an identical result on every car. Emissions-related changes are not legal for road use everywhere; applicable use restrictions still matter.
