How an order runs
Order, prep, flash
Three steps. A real person assigns your TuneZilla credits and answers your emails.

Order
You complete your configuration and pay one combined total: credits for your chosen targets, the FlashZilla Pro if you need one, and any parts.
- 02
Prep
We place your order with TuneZilla and assign your credits. Anything the stage requires mechanically gets done first — by you, or by a shop you choose. Labor isn't included.
- 03
Flash
Plug the FlashZilla Pro into the car, follow the process for your configuration, and write the calibration you paid for.
A few configurations need a hardware preparation step before the tool can write to them — a control unit module swap, for example. Where that applies, the configurator says so plainly, sells the module, and tells you a shop visit comes first.
